Born and raised in the Knoxville area, Rebekah realized her queerness like most other millennials... by watching The Rocky Horror Picture Show on a certain cable TV channel in the 1990's. This seemingly benign action drastically changed her life course although it would not be realized until much later. After successfully dropping out of college, Rebekah later return to complete her degree in Web Design & Media Technologies, much to her parents' dismay. She then fell in with the wrong crowd which has led to more than a decade of stage abuse including directing The Rocky Horror Picture Show shadow cast at the Tennessee Theatre, emceeing countless shows for performance art groups and non-profits like Salomè Cabaret and Knox Pride, and producing or partaking in many other live entertainment events and fundraisers. Despite her best efforts to become a heathen, it seems that Rebekah could just never shake her good girl image. Because of this, she now spends her days moonlighting in Human Resources in order to help connect people with their dream jobs, while also being committed to serving Knoxville's LGBTQIA+ community.

Chris Anderson is a software developer with a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics. Born and raised in Orlando, he moved to rural East Tennessee in 2003 and has resided in Knoxville with his family since 2017. Living in such distinctively different places has allowed him to observe and learn from diverse people of varying backgrounds. An "exvangelical," most of his life was spent in religion, hiding who he was. However, he has since found his voice and a drive to help others own their truth. Whether it is gender non-conformity, ethical non-monogamy, non-traditional marriage, or adoption, he is passionate about showing others that alternative lifestyles and identities are not to be feared or condemned but instead added to our diverse culture. Chris is a neurodivergent self-proclaimed geek who enjoys playing video games and watching Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who, and other science fiction. He hopes to enable Knox Pride to conduct research and to capture, clean, and analyze vital data to help the community through grants, program offerings, and public information.
